Many products in the chemical industry use chemical drums, such as lubricants, cleaning agents, paints, etc. Common chemical buckets include plastic chemical buckets and metal chemical buckets. Type 1: Plastic chemical buckets. It is a plastic barrel, box, bottle, or cylinder manufactured by blow molding or injection molding processes. The label paper attached to chemical drums made of this type of plastic material is usually made of synthetic paper, which can provide waterproofing. It is not recommended to use copperplate paper. Please note that if it is a small caliber plastic bottle, the requirements will be higher because the object to be pasted is curved and the area to be pasted is small, which is different from the synthetic paper labels used for large plastic barrels.


Type 2: Metal chemical drums. For example, for oil and industrial paint. This type of metal material chemical bucket has labels for PP synthetic paper and labels for PET synthetic paper. If there is oil stains on the surface of the chemical drum, a strong adhesive oil resistant label is required.


The third type: Many people think I'm talking about glass barrels, but in fact, chemical products use small glass bottles, but almost no larger glass bottles or jars because they are fragile. What I want to say is the third type of chemical bucket, which is actually a chemical bucket with colored GHS compliance labels. It can be either plastic or metal material. I separate GHS mainly because these types of products are used for hazardous products, and hazardous chemical products cannot be treated like ordinary chemical products. The color GHS qualified label has its own standards, and the specifications, dimensions, and colors are fixed. No manufacturer can modify them at will. In addition to waterproof requirements, it should also be resistant to sun aging, acid and alkali corrosion, and can display normally after being soaked in seawater for a long time.
